ITEN Kickoff ’16 – Beyond

As every kickoff, they are important to define the goals and strategy of the companies for the following year/years, and in ITEN it wasn’t an exception. We came up with the definition of Beyond, we want every employee to feel that for the company to go Beyond the average they also have to do this within them. They must seek knowledge and belive that nothing is impossible.
